NOTE: STICKERCANADA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, MODIFY, REVISE, UPDATE AND AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITION AT ANY TIME WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE. Terms & Conditions serves as an agreement between us, the company, and the client/customer who uses the service; that they are deemed to have been accepted and fully understands the terms stated, and that StickerCanada is not liable for any damages that might occur after each transaction due to misunderstanding and misinterpretation of the client/customer regarding what is written here. By placing an order, the client accepts our General Terms and Conditions, which apply for the entire duration of the business relationship. Thus, the General Terms and Conditions shall apply not only to the initial business transaction, but to all future transactions as well.

Email

We encourage you to share your comments and questions with us, but we may not be able to respond to all of them.Please note that we assume no responsibility for reviewing unsolicited ideas for our business (like product or advertising ideas), and will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities between those ideas and materials that may appear in future StickerCanada programs. Also, please remember that you are responsible for whatever material you submit and that you, not StickerCanada, have full responsibility for any message that you send, including its reliability, originality and copyright. Please do not reveal trade secrets or other confidential information in your messages. Any, and all, rights to materials and ideas submitted to us become the exclusive property of StickerCanada.

Promotional Emails or Newsletters Updates

Once you have created an account, requested for a quote through our online form, ordered a sample or have made a sticker request either directly through the assistance of our customer service representatives or through our website your email address is automatically registered on our contact list. This contact list receives regular promotional emails, product features or newsletter updates automatically. Should you wish to stop receiving updates, you may utilize the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of each promotional emails you receive from us.

Ordering System & Production Process

Transactions should be done via email. Confirmations over the phone are not accepted unless necessarily needed. All inquiries must have the information's needed by the Company (StickerCanada). We never do any progress or step into the next process without confirmations from clients. Clients have to complete the said payment first before jumping to printing process. In every payment made, GST and DELIVERY is included.

StickerCanada is always open to your suggestions, comments and reactions in improving our service. It is advised to communicate with us right away for more questions and queries.

Price

All prices listed on the Website are in Canadian Dollar (CAD), unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change by StickerCanada without any notice. StickerCanada may change the prices of any Stickers and Services as well as change any promotional offer(s) at any time without further notice. The price of the Stickers is the price in force at the date and time of the order. Estimates are based on the current costs of production and, unless otherwise agreed, are subject to amendment on or at any time after acceptance to meet any rise or fall in such costs. If a site price is incorrect on an item that you ordered, we will contact you immediately with the most updated price or help you choose a different item that is within your budget.

Artwork

Clients should provide artworks in our specifications to come up with good quality of prints. We accept artworks in any of the files: PDF, EPS, Ai, PSD, JPEG, PNG, Word Document and High Resolution Image files (at least 300dpi). We will not be liable for any errors which occur in the electronic transfer of artwork. Please preview your design and artworks carefully and correct any issues prior to placing your order. You are still 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to StickerCanada. StickerCanada is not responsible for any issues as to orientation or alignment of the pages of your submitted artwork. By submitting the artwork to StickerCanada, you certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files.

Once you have placed your order, you have 1 hour to make changes to the artwork you have supplied, after this time you will become liable to charges if you need to amend or supply new artwork. Our design team checks most artworks files before printing, but you are still responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files quality, proportion, size and we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to StickerCanada. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion.

The Client accepts that color matching and the preparation of files is subjective, and that totally accurate color matching to 100% fidelity is rarely possible. However, StickerCanada will endeavor through the development of its color profiles to achieve the closest possible match within the limitations and constraints of available technologies, materials, and processes used.

Due to the imprecise nature of color management and the discrepancies which may arise through their use outside of the controlled environment of StickerCanada studio, StickerCanada cannot be held responsible for differences in tone, contrast, or any other aspect of an image supplied due to its appearance on screen. The color management process is designed to minimize and not eliminate tolerances in the reproduction of color prints.

Client is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. StickerCanada is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet this standard, but we do not assume any obligation to verify that the content meets this criterion.

A charge may be made to cover any additional work involved where the design data supplied or specified is not clear, legible, or in the prescribed format/specification to produce satisfactory results. Where design data is supplied or specified, responsibility will not be accepted for imperfect work caused by defects in the supply, format or specification. This includes any incompatibility or defects caused by differing software versions/ conflicting operating systems. All compatibility issues should be addressed by the Client to StickerCanada before proceeding with the order.

The client is solely and wholly responsible for the copyright and legality of all images provided or printed by StickerCanada. We, accept no responsibility or liability for any images that have been accepted by the client (proofed) and printed that may infringe on copyright of any images. By accepting the proof to be printed the client hereby takes full responsibility for any legality that may come by any printing carried by StickerCanada for the client. So, please take time to carefully check your artworks. Failure to approve your artwork in a timely manner may push back the delivery date of your order. StickerCanada is not responsible for any delay in order delivery caused by a delay in artwork approval.

Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will not upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. We reserve the right to refuse to create/print artwork that is unlawful or inappropriate.

All designs are copyrighted StickerCanada. It is up to the client to seek approval for the use of any copyrighted artwork, logos or words from the owner of these items to be printed in any form or matter.
We reserve the right to display artwork submitted by a client for advertising/promotional purposes as sample of our services and products.

StickerCanada does not maintain Customer Content indefinitely. It is our sole discretion, set limits to the maximum number of days that we shall retain designs or other uploaded files, as well as the maximum storage space that we would allocate to such files. StickerCanada is not responsible for the deletion or failure to store any file whether uploaded or designed on our website. We reserve the right to delete any file stored which has been inactive for an extended period of time, or for any other reason, without prior notice.

Due to the volume of files processed by StickerCanada, we do not store any files uploaded/ provided to us longer than 6 months.We strongly recommend that you save or backup all your files. At the end of the time it may be deleted and irretrievable. We make no guarantee that such files will be available for retrieval at any time.

Color Proofing and Matching

We can also use Pantone Colors, but StickerCanada will not be liable to problems that can occur on the color gaps between CMYK and PMS especially if you did not specify the usage of PMS (Pantone Colors) in your job details.

**If you have a trademark colors for your company and that artwork colors should be what is to be printed. We highly recommend you to provide us the pantone color code so we can match up the colors for printing. As we normally have 5-10% chances that color may differ from what is approved. Failure to notify us about your pantone codes will not be subject for reproduction nor refund.

You should also note that your computer monitor's calibration affects the colors displayed on your monitor's screen. The colors printed may differ from what you see displayed when viewing your layout via StickerCanada online final approval process. The online proof only presents the design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density.

Things [re] production and not subject to refund Our Company has been printing with CMYK offset printing mode. When there is a color designated, please specify in (PANTONE) features. We only process what the customer's artwork provided. In order to deliver the goods at affordable prices, we, are stepping on the manufacturing process to reduce the cost as much as possible. Therefore, there is a case to deliver the missing number in about 1-5% from the number of orders in very rare cases. If you would like to, please order a larger amount so that you will understand if you consider this a somewhat accurate number.
We make sure we are necessary to print, check the minimum entry only. (Such as a spelling error, grammar) is not covered by the content in terms of design, please check the data carefully before your draft.
Thank you for understanding the details above. On this regards we may not be able to support or re-produce your items nor have it refunded if the damages or misconceptions of details are not specified clearly.
While we work to ensure there is no delay in the generation and delivery of defective products as far as possible. If as a result of an unavoidable circumstance, this situation occurs, we will support the re-production.
In re-printing, we may not accept changes on print data while it's on process. Note that, in the case of defective products received by any chance, please contact us within one week after delivery.
If later, please understand that it cannot be guaranteed for re-production and considered as defective. If you have a situation that cannot be avoided, we will refund only the amount of the commodity.
Other warranty of any kind, we do not hold any liability for damages due to the delay in such delivery. If you are not satisfied with a situation more than once products delivered by us, it may at the discretion of our company (StickerCanada), to respond to refund 1/3 of the amount of goods.

Many factors beyond our control may affect the colors, such as paper texture and absorption, color of paper, type of printing process, laminating and coating.
Variation in color throughout the same job is normal and may not be avoided with some color tones, particularly on large solid areas.

If you have any concerns about color tones, please send us your artwork and we will be happy to give you some advice if we can.
Please allow 5% difference of any printed material comparing with printed proof because of the different nature of digital and offset printing.
The monitor proofs cannot be accurate because of the different nature of digital media and printed material.

**Disclaimer - Actual colors may vary slightly because individual computer monitors/mobile devices have different capabilities from one another to display color.

Order Approval/Proofing

StickerCanada stands behind the quality of its products and services. You are responsible for ordering correctly and reviewing each order product proof provided to you prior to making an order. StickerCanada has and assumes no obligation to proof or otherwise review the content or layout of your order.
StickerCanada Customer Service Representative has inquired as to the attributes of one of your prior orders, you are not entitled nor should you assume that StickerCanada will review any other order you place. Client is fully responsible for final proof and layout verification and approval prior to submission to the print process.
StickerCanada does not make any changes on client files without notification via email of changes that may be made to ensure that files are properly formatted for print.
All such changes will result in new proofs being provided for your approval. Once you submit an order to the print process you are agreeing that you are fully satisfied with the document layout and content and you accept responsibility for any errors therein. StickerCanada is not responsible for any errors in a Print Stickers caused by any of the following reasons: spelling, grammar, content and layout, etc. are all correct and it will not accept any liability for errors such as grammar, misspelling, punctuation, damaged fonts, transparency, bleeding, incorrect colors, improper layout, erroneous cut or fold lines, die lines or crop marks, sizing, overprint, etc.

StickerCanada does not provide physical proofs of any order. Electronic proofs are provided to our client's as part of the order process.
Once your files are uploaded to our site, you will automatically be presented with the preflight proof. It is the client's responsibility to verify that all of the information on the proof is correct against the original (and to correct any spelling or grammatical errors, etc.), accept, reject or make any changes suggested to your artwork.
We do not accept any liability for spelling errors or mistakes that have been approved by the client. It is your responsibility to request another copy if your proof is difficult to read.
If a proof is requested, then your order will not be processed or deemed production ready until you have approved the proof. Please be aware that this may impact the job turnaround time. If approved, we will assume your files are print ready and no further changes will be made. If proof is rejected, you will be notified to upload new files. In the event StickerCanada has already started production of the Stickers, StickerCanada in its absolute discretion, has the right to reject any re-submissions. We will print exactly what is accepted in the final proof. No reprints at our expense will be made. The cost of additions or alterations to any proof submitted to a Client will be added to the price (unless changes to the proof are merely typographical corrections).

Every care has been taken to follow your instructions, but the final responsibility for the accuracy of this proof rests with you, the Client. Please take the time to thoroughly inspect the proof before you give your approval. StickerCanada will not accept liability for errors or mistakes that have been approved by the Client.

If you do not have any experience with print orders and are not sure of stocks or finishes, StickerCanada recommends you ask for our help. You may contact StickerCanada Customer Service Representative, will be pleased to help you address any general issues you may have with our print job. StickerCanada will take NO responsibility, if the stickers are ordered without any inquiry and then it does not match your requirements.

StickerCanada is not responsible for items that must be discontinued because they no longer available. We reserve the right to modify our website and change price without prior notice. We are also not responsible for typographical errors in our website. We reserve the right to remove items from our website (including these policies) at any given time without notice. When placing an order with StickerCanada, you have agreed to the terms and conditions described in these policies.

Making Purchases

If you wish to purchase any sticker type through the site, we ask you to supply certain information applicable to your purchase, including, without limitation, payment and other information. Any such information will be treated as described in our Privacy Policy. All information that you provide to us must be accurate, current and complete.
You solely represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other types of payment used to initiate and transaction.
You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment method) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases. Verification of information applicable to a purchase may be required prior to our acceptance of any order.

Descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, price and availability of any stickers or services are subject to change without notice, and our current prices can be found on our site. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our stickers, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any sticker type on our site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these stickers will be available at any time. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased through our site. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to limit the available quantity of any sticker type; to honor, or impose conditions on the honoring of, any coupon, coupon code, promotional code or other similar promotions; to bar any user from making any or all purchase(s); and/or to refuse to provide any user with any sticker type.

Title and risk of loss for any purchases pass to you upon our delivery to our carrier. When you place an order, we will not charge you until we ship the items ordered.
We reserve the right to ship partial orders (at no additional cost to you), and the portion of any order that is partially shipped may be charged at the time of shipment.

In the event that your package is damaged in transit, your order will be replaced in a timely manner. We are not responsible for underexposed, blurry images of low quality that are submitted without attention to custom/color corrections through one of our No Color Adjusted/Corrected catalog. It is the photographer's responsibility to submit images that are suitable for printing.

Orders that are submitted and subsequently printed, before the client makes changes or cancels the order, are responsible for that order. We request that you submit an e-mail and call us immediately if changes need to be made or if the order needs to be cancelled.

Payment Method

All prices and amounts shown on this Site are in Canadian Dollar (CAD), unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change by StickerCanada without any notice.
StickerCanada requires a full payment to process any Orders. Processing of an Order will not start until you have made payment with a valid credit card number, or cash fund (using PayPal). The client agrees to abide by our printing terms and conditions. Client also agrees to pay for the product thru PayPal via Credit Card or Debit Card (Visa or MasterCard). The only invoice that we can send you is the invoice form from PayPal and there is no other form of payment available except thru and only PayPal.
Making and Rectifying of Final Proof is free of charge. StickerCanada will not be liable for any of delay in completing Orders due to your delay in payment.

Please note that no work will proceed on any print job in your order without the Final proof approval and complete payments.
Client should also verify their complete delivery address after the payment.

All advertised prices are subject to change but changes will not affect orders which we have already accepted.
We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. We are under no obligation to provide the stickers to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after We have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a miss-pricing.

Order Shipping and Delivery

StickerCanada will always make every effort to deliver on time. Please keep in mind that the completion times of your order are based on your approval date of your artwork, not the date you place your order. Please make sure you have checked the product immediately once it is delivered. In no case shall StickerCanada be liable for any losses, alleged damages, costs, expenses, liabilities or losses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Dispatch methods are chosen by StickerCanada unless specified in writing by the customer.

StickerCanada Client's agree not to hold StickerCanada liable in case of force majeure. Our shipment and delivery dates are based upon estimates provided by our shipment suppliers. StickerCanada will not be responsible for delays in shipments due to shipping company delays, international customs issues, weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control. StickerCanada will strive to ensure that all delivery schedules are met in a timely manner. There will be an additional charge if any changes to the shipping address must be made after the order is placed. However, unexpected production or shipment delays may occur as a result of technical problems or equipment malfunction or failure. However, order cancellations will not be allowed due to technical difficulty. Occasionally, orders are returned due to incorrect home and PO Box addresses, failed delivery attempts, if the customer is unable to make import declarations, or the parcel is refused by recipient. In this case, customers will be fully responsible to pay all additional reshipment costs for their order.

During the Holiday Season and certain other times, the production time may increase due to the volume of orders we receive. We always recommend that you allow extra time for production, especially if you need to have your order in your hands by a certain date. Please understand that target arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping transit time is based on the number of business days in transit and does not include weekends and holidays. While we will do everything in our power to meet your target arrival date, weather and other occurrences beyond our control may impact our ability to meet that date. In the event of a delay, StickerCanada will perform our obligations as soon as possible.

Turnaround Times

StickerCanada general turnaround time ranges from 9-10 business days including delivery. Turnaround time begins after the complete payments and proof approval.
As soon as everything is set, StickerCanada will provide you the expected turnaround time (ETA).

StickerCanada strives to meet turnaround commitments for every job, production delays may occur. As a result, turnaround time cannot begin if: (a) your files haven't been submitted to StickerCanada; (b) your files are not print ready; (c) Approval for your proof has not been received by StickerCanada; and (d) NO Full Payment.

In some cases, however, be advised that during the holiday season, our standard printing turnaround time will be extended due to an increase in volume.
We will process your order and notify you immediately if there are any questions. If you require your order for an urgent deadline, please contact us first, and we will see if we can
accommodate.

Please note that StickerCanada assumes no responsibility for shipping delays, while rare, may occur due to delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time, weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our direct control. Our expected turnaround time is an estimated time only and should be considered as guaranteed timeline. StickerCanada cannot be held responsible for loss or damages due to printing being delivered after this time.

NOTE: StickerCanada production facilities are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. As a result these days are not considered when calculating turnaround time.

Promotions, Special Offers and Discount Coupons

We welcome and encourage you to provide feedback, comments and suggestions for improvements to the Site, Application and Services.
You may submit us your Feedback via email, Contact form on the website or any means of communication. You acknowledge and agree that all Feedback you give us will be the sole and exclusive property of StickerCanada and you hereby irrevocably assign to StickerCanada all of your right, title, and interest in and to all Feedback, including without limitation all worldwide patent, copyright, trade secret, other proprietary or intellectual property rights therein, and waive any moral rights you may have in such Feedback. At StickerCanada's request and expense, you will execute documents and take such further acts as StickerCanada may reasonably request to assist StickerCanada, to acquire, perfect, and maintain its intellectual property rights and other legal protections for the Feedback.

Promotions and special offers may be limited to certain account holders

To take advantage of a promotion/special offer, enter the Coupon Code in the applicable field when placing an order. Not all products are eligible for promotions and special offers.
If a Coupon Code does not function when entered, it means the product at issue does not qualify for the promotion or special offer; this determination is final.

A Coupon Code may not be combined with any other promotion, special offer, discount or reward offered by StickerCanada. If you use a Coupon Code or take advantage of promotion/special offer/discounts, hereby you will not be able to use another Coupon Code or take advantage of any other promotion/special offer/discount. Coupon Codes only apply to products ordered through StickerCanada website; they may not be used in conjunction with the purchase of products sold by or under the brands of third parties (including, StickerCanada affiliates and/or any websites linked to StickerCanada website). Coupon Codes cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping and handling or other charges.
In every StickerCanada’s promotion/special offer, it already includes GST and Delivery.

Promotions and special offers are only valid for a limited time. They will expire on the date or within the timeframe specified in the offer. If no date or timeframe is specified, a promotion or special offer is valid until the end of the month. Coupon Codes are not for resale, have no independent cash value, and are not redeemable for cash.

Coupon Codes will not be retroactively applied against orders already placed with StickerCanada. If a Coupon Code is used and the entire order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return all items in the order then, subject to the terms of our Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy, you will be refunded only the actual amount paid.
The coupon code will no longer be valid.

If only part of your order is cancelled or rejected, or if you return only some of the items in your order, then subject to the terms of our Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy, the relevant discount or promotion will be applied to the item(s) that are kept. The balance of the promotion or special offer is void, and the Coupon Code will no longer be valid.

StickerCanada reserves the right to discontinue a promotion or special offer or coupon at any time and with immediate effect.

Returns, Refunds and Reprints Policy

At StickerCanada, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We therefore recommend you to read our Refunds, Returns and Reprints Policy prior to you making a purchase from StickerCanada, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and reprints. We reserve the right to modify, update and revise this Returns/Refunds/Reprints Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our clients' feedback. When we do make changes to this Policy we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this Policy. Please make sure that you review it frequently as any time you have place an order with StickerCanada the current Returns/Refunds/Reprints Policy will apply.

We guarantee that our printed stickers are effective in accordance to industry standards. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions! You may contact the StickerCanada Customer Service Representative, who will be pleased to help you out in any concerns with regards to our prints. (Note that our Customer Service Representative is available Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm EDT).

All orders are made based on the specifications submitted or given by the clients. If we find we made errors, we will reprint the product.
Turnaround time begins after the complete payments and proof approval. There is no way for a client to cancel his order once he/she approved and paid the items and are processed and placed for Printing.

If any of the 2 are received after 2pm ((UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)), one working day will be added to the shipping times. We always follow our standard turnaround time and StickerCanada is not liable to any damages caused by the delay on its delivery. If in case there will be technical problems occurred during the production that will affect its time frame, we will inform the clients right away. Aside from the unexpected natural disasters that could cause delay, we, at StickerCanada observe and follow the Holidays in CA wide.

If there is a problem with your order, you must save all packaging and boxes for return shipping; please contact our Customer Service Representative as soon as possible. All claims must be reported to StickerCanada within 72 hours of receipt.

The Customer shall inspect the stickers on delivery and within seven (7) days of delivery, customer shall notify StickerCanada of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. StickerCanada will not allow any returns or exchange of stickers if not reported immediately or within seven (7) working days after the delivery.

If you do not contact us within this time frame we will assume that our job was satisfactory upon receipt and will be under no obligation to provide a reprint. Shortage of the product must be reported within 7 working days after delivery. We will not accept returned goods that have been altered in any way or that have been used.

StickerCanada is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our web site due to Client's mistake. Products switching are usually detected before the items are delivered.
But if in case we are not able to, problem should be reported right away. The return order is incomplete or has been partly used/ distributed.

Once we identify the problem with the stickers, our Customer Service Representative will contact you to discuss an appropriate remedy, which may include either a reprint.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StickerCanada is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible loses, resulting from the order. The following are some guidelines and examples of issues that do not constitute grounds for a refund, or a return or reprint of a product.

  • 1. Because the actual colors differ to the colors displayed on your monitor (unless this is due to fault on the part of us or our agents and machines in connection with the production of your order); or
  • 2. Where poor quality sticker prints are produced due to:
    • Artwork files that are not created following our specifications;
    • Your decision to use inferior quality, low resolution or poor quality image;
    • Errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation or accuracy of any text entered by you; transparency issue, graphics, bleeds, and damaged fonts. StickerCanada does not make any changes on customer files;
    • Design errors or color selection errors introduced by the customer in the document/artwork file creation process, movement of text, placement or dimensions and sizes of uploaded files.
    • We cannot accept refunds for any incorrect material orders;
    • Incorrect file dimensions, Poor placement of images, customer typos, omissions, changed date, text or embellishments by you;
    • Wrong cuts, die lines, crop marks, overprint and finished stickers size,, cutting variances, and duplicate orders by the customers;
    • Poor border selection, cropping of images or formatting of images by you; or
    • Errors that you have made in selecting the size finish, quantity or type of stickers (for example you have selected matte finish for digital prints when you had actually wanted gloss prints);
    • The differentiation of colors and sizes as they appear on the computer screen of the end user during the ordering process prior to processing, as compared to the finished stickers. Any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black, or gray tones;
    • Stickers that has experienced a color shift during the conversion to CMYK format, for example as a result of having been submitted by the customer in RGB or PMS Pantone colors.
    • Print or image that are fuzzy, pixilated or otherwise distorted as a result of customers providing artworks that is not a minimum of 300 DPI at 1:1 ratio and in CYMK mode
    • We are not responsible for the final color appearance of a UV coated product; and
    • Slight deviations in color throughout the print run will not be regarded as defects. If the printed color differs from a previously printed job, this also will not be treated as a defect.

    User is responsible for carefully reviewing their files and correcting any issues prior to placing the order.

  • 3. If you have simply changed your mind as you no longer require the order or find it cheaper elsewhere.
  • 4. StickerCanada does not refund if the customer is unable to make import declarations, or the parcel is refused by recipient. In this case, customers will be fully responsible to pay all additional reshipment costs for their order.
  • 5. An order that is refused at time of delivery or undeliverable orders. (We will reship the product at the customer's expense if requested).
  • 6. Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/ delivery attempts, or other errors created by the customer.
  • 7. Damage to the products arising after delivery, Incorrect or undeliverable shipping address and Delays in the receipt of your order caused by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.
  • 8. The sticker is lost, delayed or returned to StickerCanada due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address. (For product that is later found or that is returned to us we will reship the package with a corrected address and charge additional shipping fee for the shipment).
  • 9. StickerCanada does not refund, cancel or credit if the Service failure or defect is caused, in whole or in part, by acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • 10. Your failure to notify us of any delay, loss or damage in connection with your printed stickers or shipment or any inaccuracy in such notice.
  • 11. A customer's violation of any of the terms and conditions governing the use of StickerCanada website and/or ordering of product.

Misprints and errors on our website

We strive to provide current and accurate information on our website. Nevertheless, errors and misprints may occur. Accordingly, we reserve the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for stickers for which the price was incorrectly displayed or where we otherwise displayed erroneous or inaccurate information. StickerCanada is not obligated to sell products or services based on errors or misprints on our website.

Events outside our control

A. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to print or deliver, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").

B. A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

  • 1. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
  • 2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
  • 3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
  • 4. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
  • 5. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
  • 6. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

C. Our fulfillment of your order is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for completion for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Terms and Condition may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Quality Assurance

At StickerCanada, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We strive to ensure that every order is produced to the highest standards of quality. We do everything possible to ensure proper cutting, accurate color reproduction, and excellent printing quality. Unfortunately from time to time errors certain circumstances may occur that is beyond our control. But rest assured that we stand behind our product and will work with you to resolve any issue quickly and efficiently.

Using Wrong Information

All content included on the site, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, logos, and software, and all derivative rights thereof is the property of StickerCanada. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, republishing, uploading, downloading, posting, transmitting or duplicating any of the material is prohibited. StickerCanada do not grant any express or implied rights to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets.

StickerCanada use fully the details given by the clients and are not liable to any problem in case of any of the following:

*Wrong name (recipient name)

*Incomplete delivery address

Clients are responsible for providing StickerCanada with the proper and complete shipping address. When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the client in submitting the proper and complete shipping address, StickerCanada will reship the package with the correct address and charge you an additional shipping fee. Sticker deliveries are subject to the corporate policies of the delivery companies used by StickerCanada. Policies regarding signature of delivery receipts will apply to you. If you are not present at the delivery location that you provided to StickerCanada you will be responsible for picking up the package in accordance with the policies of the applicable delivery company. (For stickers that is later found or that is returned to us we will reship the package with a corrected address and charge additional shipping fee for the shipment).

Sticker that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information. Errors that are contained in the uploaded client/customer file, e.g., misspelling, graphics, bleeds, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, wrong cuts, die lines, crop marks, transparency, overprint, and finished product size. StickerCanada does not make any changes on client files.

Clients have no right or whatsoever to use our company's profile in any way that might cause damage on our credibility. In short, if proven that one commits such act, we (StickerCanada) shall do actions in legal ways.

Eligibility for Suspension of the Service

The site or services are intended solely for persons who are 18 years and older. Any access to or use of the Site or Services by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If you are over the age of 18 you are permitted to upload content.

You agree that you will not post, submit, upload, or otherwise transmit to StickerCanada any Customer’s content that contains material that: (a) Information known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading; (b) is unlawful, profane , threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, inappropriate language, pornography, vulgar, offensive, obscene or anything indecent; (c) which invades another person's privacy; (d) which would further the commission or concealment of a crime; (e) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability; (f) is not lawfully yours to transmit; (g) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (h) is the subject of, or which infringes upon, any patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, moral right or any other intellectual property right of another person or entity; (i) promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances. (j) Programming or materials containing any Trojans, computer/software viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful or malicious computer code, or that in any other way would interfere with or disrupt the services and/or production of StickerCanada and/or or any servers or networks connected to or used in connection with the delivery of such service and production. We do not control the content posted by Customers and we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the content.

StickerCanada shall not be required to print any matter which their opinion is or may be of an illegal or libelous nature or an infringement of the proprietary or other rights or any third party.

You acknowledge that StickerCanada does not pre-screen content, but that StickerCanada has the right to refuse to print any content that violates this agreement or may otherwise be obscene and objectionable. If your material is deemed unacceptable, you will be notified promptly and permitted to change the content or layout to fit our requirements. You further acknowledge and agree that StickerCanada may preserve and disclose content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal actions or claims, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of StickerCanada, our client's and the public. Please treat our Customer Service Representatives with respect. A certain level of civility is expected during every telephone communication with StickerCanada Customer Service Representative and as such we will not tolerate prejudiced and/or hateful comments any threat, Abuse or Harassment, Racism, Insults, Swearing or Explicit/Abusive language will not be tolerated and will result in the termination of any communication and cancellation of any outstanding orders.

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions constitutes a material breach and may result in StickerCanada: (i) temporarily or permanently withdraw your access to the Website; (ii) Commence legal proceedings against you for your actions; (iii) Disclose necessary information to law enforcement authorities.

Indemnification

You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the CA or the country in which you reside (if different) and with all local laws and rules regarding acceptable use of and conduct on the Internet.

You agree that you shall indemnify and defend StickerCanada and all parties from whom StickerCanada has licensed portions of content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or elating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into stickers that was not part of the standard site’s content.

Unregistered users (or "Guests") may access any part of the website or its contents not restricted by a password. Access to restricted areas of the website is only available to registered users of StickerCanada and access to these areas constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of StickerCanada. Access to said areas will be denied, should a valid password fail to be presented.

Users may print one copy per visit of any individual page or part of a page of the website for their own personal use. This does not apply to reproduction and printing of the user's own images.

Registration

In order to take advantage of the full functionality of this website and to order products and services, it will be necessary for you to register and establish a membership account with StickerCanada. In the event that updated, new, additional and/or enhanced features are added to this website, previously registered users will not generally be required to re-register, however, you may be required to re-acknowledge these Terms and Conditions and/or other terms and conditions that may accompany these new features, updates and/or enhancements.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself (and your company) as requested during the registration process. You will keep your username and password safe, and won't share them with anyone. You also agree to update and maintain your account information so that it remains accurate and current.

As part of the registration process, you will be required to create a User ID and choose a password. It is your responsibility to choose an appropriate password and to keep it confidential. StickerCanada reserves the right to terminate users' accounts without notice and at their sole discretion. The Client/Customer represents and guarantees they have proper and legal title of all matter (of any form) submitted to our company for printing and/or publication. Client/Customer further understands that StickerCanada will rely upon such representation as grounds to engage in the printing of Client/Customer's material.

Site Images

We make best efforts to provide clear and color-correct product images on our site that best reflect the true nature of the products. However, website images are inherently limited in their ability to communicate color, scale, and detail. We want to remind customers to be careful about making assumptions about products from the site image alone. We strongly urge our customers to order actual samples. If you choose not to evaluate a physical sample, we cannot be held responsible for the difference between the image as it appears on your monitor and the final product.

Termination of Usage

User access to all or part of this Site may be terminated or suspended at any time, without notice and for any reason.

Usage of the Service

StickerCanada offers the service of creating your design. You can use the services provided that you are of legal age to make a binding contract. In case you choose to work with our services using an account, it will be protected by a password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, and you are responsible for all actions that are done under your account. You will immediately inform StickerCanada in case of unauthorized use of your account. StickerCanada cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage, arising from your failure to protect your account and/or your password.

You are solely responsible for 1) providing true, accurate, current and complete information about you as prompted in the Site account details section and 2) maintaining and promptly updating account information to maintain its accuracy, currency and completeness.

Typographical Errors

Information on StickerCanada website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. StickerCanada attempts to make its descriptions as accurate as possible, but does not warrant that the content of the StickerCanada website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
