My name is Roshelle, I am the artist and creator behind Studio.Ellee - I created an online store/business this summer in the middle of a pandemic! I handmake and design a lot of stationery and decorative goodies, such as stickers, art prints, tote bags, shirts & more! I also enjoy creating custom and personalized items such as ornaments, portraits, logos, anything you can think of!
Where did you start your online business?
I started off selling my items solely through Etsy but now I have customers coming from Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and a variety of social platforms!
How was it starting a business during the global COVID-19 pandemic?
Starting a business mid-pandemic wasn't easy. Because it was something, I was so eager and passionate about starting for so long, COVID-19 definitely could not stop me. I'm very proud and passionate about what I do and create! It took a lot of researching, hit or misses, and mistakes to learn from but very much worth it all!
I first ordered from Sticker Canada to create my "Thank You" cards for my small business. I included these cards within every order made through my website! I received series of compliments on my packaging including my Thank You cards in which I write personalized greetings for each customer on the backside of it! I soon realized I needed business cards as I had a few customers reach out to me asking for some - so I turned to Sticker Canada for those as well. I also ordered "Thank You Code" cards that are also included in each of my packages. All 3 items are included in an envelope to allow customers to contact me, use a discount code, and to say a little thank you for supporting small businesses! I now carry a few business cards on me at all times, and have been asked by multiple customers to include extras for family and friends - since then my clientele has increased and I couldn't be happier!!

Definitely!! I’m working on rebranding and I’ve already added some items to my cart to purchase when I run out of my current cards – P.S I’m almost out!
